When should I change? My '94 Camaro Drag Racing …?
Well, then I take my 1994 Chevy Camaro Dragstrip Out Martin in Michigan this summer and want to know how to get the most out of my car. I ran a couple of times, but faster is not going well for me. V6 is the 3.4L and have had nothing to be done. I know its specs: 160 hp, maximum torque – 3600rpm, Max HP – 4600rpm, etc. .. As HP up to 4600 rpm, this would be the best time to go? I think that if you get the maximum HP at the time, then it is useless to go on this fishing more, right? Any advice for other cars racing would be great, yes, I am a girl, and when I leave next year, I want to be able to demonstrate that the boys that girls can run as well. Thanks everyone!
I do not know if I have the best answer, but with a change in maximum torque or max HP is not usually the fastest. You should be aware that the engine speed (RPM) will be reduced after the change, and how the engine power is the engine speed. If you look at a couple / Dyno HP graphics engine, will see its a bit like a bell. If you go on the top of the bell (peak power) after changing to the other side of the bell (less energy). You want to move past the top, so that after the transition, the power remains closest to the ridge. This general and found the power of all the acceleration period together.
